Residents can update license plates or add/remove vehicles by contacting us at resident@h4towing.com. Ensure all required information is provided, including proof of residency, vehicle make/model, and license plate details.
Reserved parking spaces are available through property management. If you’re interested in securing a reserved space, please contact your property manager, who will coordinate with us to make the necessary arrangements.
If your vehicle has been removed from your property, it can be retrieved at the following impound lots. For specific vehicle drop-off or pickup details, see our drop-off location provided on our website or the tow signs located at the entrances of your property.
If you suspect your vehicle has been towed, visit our website or contact our customer support team. Provide the property’s name, make, model, and color. Have your vehicle’s license plate or VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) handy to expedite the process.
Impoundment fees vary based on factors such as the duration of storage and city pick-up location. For an accurate breakdown of costs, contact us directly at our office by phone. Please note that all fees must be paid (cash, credit card or debit) before releasing a vehicle.
